Uses

Burgundy Truffles are at their best when used uncooked and are typically shaved raw over pasta, rice, egg or potato dishes, and as a finishing touch to sauces or meat dishes.

Storage/ Handling


As for all truffles, Burgundy Truffles should be wrapped in paper towel and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator between 2 - 4 degrees Celsius. 

Burgundy Truffles should last a week or so in the fridge but are best when used fresh within the first 2 days of receiving them. Brush clean with a scrub brush or clean towel to remove dirt and debris, then shave over top of your favorite dish.
